Looking Back...

...and then start making a list!!!

2014 is just a few short days away. Another year almost gone. It's amazing looking back on this year. I discovered how intense writing the blog could be. About 70 posts for 2013 *wow* Hope I can write more in 2014 with something more useful, informative, colorful and inspirative. And early 2013 I learned BEADWEAVING and I found a lot of fun making jewelry using this technique. I hope next year I can create new patterns *amien* 2013 is my photograph skill testing. I joined two major photo challenges...I Heart Macro hosted by Lori Plyler...Focusing On Life hosted by Sally Russick...

I love swap...and for 2013 I joined so many swap party. The famous Bead Soup Blog Party and Indonesia Bead Swap plus Holiday Gift Swap & Tukeran Manik Yuks. More swap on 2014?!? Just let me know and I'll join in *smile* from all the things had happen in 2013, became one of the winners of Bead Soup Blog Party challenge is the huge thing for me in 2013. 

I'm new comer for beadweaving, so this winning moment gave and will always give endless special tonic for me to be more creative and imaginative. One thing that I must keep in mind, when I make a design, it does not have to be sold. When I make a design, which is the most important is the inner satisfaction that I get. Appreciation of others in a way pleasing to buy it is a well-deserved award I get after struggling to produce a design. Can I call my design as haute couture then? *grin*

I went to Indonesia Bead Lovers meet and great and met a lot friends. Most of us only know each others through online social media, so when we met on vanue...waaaa...just like other women gathered, lot of stories, laugh and shared some knowledge too. Hope we can meet again in 2014 ya.

And one thing I may not miss during the year 2013, I read lots of comments from all of you through this blog, which brought me unbelievable joy. Thank you for stopping by...Thank you all for a wonderful year!

Heemmm...what about 2014?!?

I'm looking forward and forming a plan to make my 2014 more fun and productive. Balance and prioritize..."be able to figure out the important things and let the rest go!" Freedom to create what and when I want. Exploration more techniques in beadweaving and jewelry making. More focus for my beads shop. And I want to lose weight seriously. Why? Yesterday I climbed the stairs to the third floor without using elevator and hoosssh hosh hoooosh!!! *gasp for breath* Not good at all right!!!

And today, is important day for me. I hope I can reach all the planning for next year *amien* and endlessly grateful to all the things that happened during the year 2013 *stay positive thinking*

New Beads This Week

Perasaan baru sabtu kemarin aku memajang manik manik baru. Hari ini datang lagi!!! Senangnya luar biasa. Seperti mendapat kado Natal, padahal itu khan aku beli sendiri *grin* Dan akhirnya aku membeli satu set tang. Walaupun ukuran kecil, aku tetap semangat saat melihatnya. Jadi tidak sabar untuk mempraktekkan e-book karya Cindy Wimmer yang berjudul The Missing Link.

Last saturday I just show-off my new beads. And today new package came again!!! So exciting. Just like getting a Christmas present, whereas the package I bought myself *grin* And finally I bought a set of pliers. Despite the small size, I keep the spirit at the sight. Cannot wait to practice the e-book by Cindy Wimmer entitled The Missing Link.

Natal kurang dua hari lagi. Walaupun besok masih masuk kerja dan tentu saja masih sibuk dengan pajak akhir tahun, aku sempatkan membuat pendant salib ini. Dan tahun 2014 tinggal beberapa hari lagi, dikepalaku sudah tersusun banyak agenda *smile* semoga apa yang sudah aku lakukan ditahun 2013 ini bisa bertambah positif ditahun 2014 *amien* Selamat Natal sederek...selamat menikmati liburan!!!

Christmas less than two days away. Although still come to work tomorrow and of course still busy with the end of year taxation, I had a time to make this cross pendant. And year 2014 only days away, my head has been composed much with plans *smile* I hope what I've done in the year 2013 could grow positively in 2014 *amien* Merry Christmas Ladies ... enjoy the holiday!!!

Dua belas hari yang lalu toko online fav aku mengadakan acara 12 Giveaways 12 Sales of Christmas dan program itu berhasil menjebol kartu kreditku *screaaamming* Godaan yang sungguh sungguh susah untuk dihindari. Setelah sekian lama menahan diri untuk berbelanja sewajarnya, akhirnya dibulan terakhir 2013 pertahananku runtuh. Dan apakah layak pertahanan aku runtuh untuk manik manik dibawah ini? Mohon komentar kalian ya. Kalau memang layak, berarti aku melakukan kesalahan 'sedikit saja' *wink* tapi kalau menurut kalian tidak layak, maka ini akan menjadi motivasi tersendiri buatku untuk masa kedepan. Sekali lagi, mohon pendapatnya ya...

Twelve days ago my fav online shop hold event 12 Giveaways 12 Sales of Christmas and the programs succeeded to 'hack' my credit card * screaaamming * The temptation was really hard to avoid. After a long time try to refrain and stay with normal shopping budget , finally on the last month of 2013, my defenses collapsed. And is it worthy my defense collapsed for these beads? Please comment from you. If it is worthy, then I made 'little' a mistake * wink * but if you think these are not worthy, then this will be its own motivation for me for next time in the future. Once again, your opinion please ...

OMG!!! My Gift Swap...

I'm speechless...

Just 15 minutes ago I received a HEAVY package from my Holiday Gift Swap 2013's partner, Diah Anggreni. I got call this afternoon from my office and told me that I received a package. So I asked my friend who visited the office to bring the book along with him when comes back to factory. Ohhh...I still disbelieve with what right now in my desk...

It's A BOOK!!! The full book of Indonesian art knowledge. I'm still looking at the book pages now. And still amaze with my own people art creations...thank you so much Sist Diah *huuuggg*...one more knowledge to learn.

Do you see how thick is this book?

It's a kind of encyclopedia book I guess. So perfect for my weekend. Perhaps I can gain some inspirations from this book for my 11th Non Blogger / Blogger Challenge - Winter Forest. If I have time, I want to share the contain of the book, perhaps writing a book review?!? I'll do my best *smile*
